Supply Engineering Team Lead – US Market Experience

About the role

Crystalia Glass is seeking a Supply Engineering Team Lead to oversee a team of four Supply Engineers, drive procurement efficiency and support the company’s growth across the US and international markets. The role combines leadership (≈80%) with hands‑on supply engineering tasks (≈20%).

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of four Supply Engineers, assigning tasks, monitoring deadlines and conducting regular coaching.
• Coordinate procurement operations, launch production, plan inventory and forecast material needs.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, managing pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Track engineering documentation, ensure material lists match technical drawings and verify dimensions, finishes and quality before ordering.
• Resolve supplier performance, logistics and quality issues and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer or similar role focused on the US market.
• Previous people‑management or team‑lead experience.
• Proven track record working with international suppliers across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
• Fluent English (Russian a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and PDF tools.
• Experience with task‑management systems such as ClickUp.
