Speech Language Pathologist – Patient Care

About the role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing needs. The role involves close collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establish individualized treatment goals, and continuously revise therapy plans based on patient progress and clinical findings.
• Implement evidence‑based speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing interventions; accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans in accordance with departmental standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide ongoing education and counseling to patients and families, and act as a knowledgeable resource for staff regarding rehabilitation services and best practices.

Required profile

• Hold a graduate degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related discipline, maintain a current Speech Language Pathologist license, and possess a valid BLS certification.
• Demonstrate professionalism, uphold ethical standards, and actively engage in continuous professional development, mandatory training, and interdisciplinary team activities.
