Short Form Video Editor – Tbilisi

About the role

SocialBoost, a fast‑growing international Instagram growth agency, is looking for an English‑speaking Short Form Video Editor to join its Tbilisi office. You will create engaging Reels, TikToks and Shorts for clients and the company’s own advertising campaigns, working under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage with same‑day or 24‑hour turnaround.
• Manage multiple edits simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet every deadline.
• Write strong hooks and pace videos to capture attention in the first three seconds.
• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, sound design and trending audio.
• Edit UGC‑style videos and ad creatives for Meta and other paid channels.
• Repurpose long videos into several short clips.
• Implement feedback quickly and make revisions.
• Use AI tools for editing, captioning and b‑roll generation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Instagram and TikTok trends, formats and sounds, and propose new ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form social video with a portfolio of Reels/TikToks.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut and/or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with AI video/audio tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, OpusClip, Submagic, ElevenLabs) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and what makes viewers stop scrolling.
• Ability to work quickly and calmly under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail in captions, audio levels and framing.
• Organized, reliable and comfortable collaborating with a team.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).

What we offer

• Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday with shifts 09:00‑17:00 or 10:00‑18:00.

• Base salary $900–$1,400 (depending on experience) plus bonus.
