About the role

The Bank of Georgia is looking for a Deputy Manager for its Service Center in Qvareli. The role focuses on delivering optimal banking services to existing and potential customers while supporting sales growth and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Offer optimal banking services to current and prospective customers.
• Monitor and control the implementation of sales‑driving initiatives.
• Execute individual and monthly sales plans.
• Drive sales growth and attract new customers.
• Control service quality against defined standards and analyse improvement opportunities.
• Manage, coordinate, control and develop subordinate staff.
• Administer banking documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or Auditing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Proficiency in Georgian (full), Russian and English (B2 level).
• Strong management, sales and customer‑service orientation.
• Effective communication, negotiation and reporting abilities.
• Analytical, logical thinking and attention to detail.
