About the role

The Service Expert – Fraud Monitoring will join TBC Bank’s Credit Risk team to ensure that banking services remain safe, flexible and reliable for customers. You will be responsible for implementing fraud‑monitoring rules, analysing suspicious transactions and supporting continuous improvement of anti‑fraud mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain rules in fraud‑monitoring systems.
• Analyse suspicious cases, react promptly and prepare detailed reports.
• Participate in reporting fraud incidents to international payment platforms.
• Contribute to the design of fraud‑prevention logic and technical implementations.
• Support process optimisation and simplification initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve set fraud‑risk objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to make quick decisions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, challenge‑driven environment.
• Effective teamwork skills while also able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Georgian and English.
• Experience handling data and analytical tools.
