Senior Technical SEO/GEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical SEO/GEO Specialist to lead the optimisation of our website and digital assets. You will work closely with developers, designers and content creators to implement technical SEO best practices and drive organic traffic growth, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify improvements in site structure, crawling and indexing.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO recommendations during re‑platforming and site updates.
• Monitor performance using SEO tools, analyse data and generate reports on trends, issues and optimisation opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends and best practices.
• Implement structured data markup and other technical enhancements to boost visibility.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on SEO guidelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
