Senior Python Developer – CRM & AI/LLM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our HQ Automation division and AI/LLM team. You will help build and enhance our CRM/ERP platform, integrate large language models, and improve automation for Customer Service teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend features for the CRM/ERP product using Python (Django/FastAPI) and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Support and extend the Camunda orchestration platform, including infrastructure tasks.
• Integrate LLM models, design and maintain related services.
• Architect services, make technical decisions, estimate tasks, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with System Analysis, QA, and Technical Support teams and coordinate project resources.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including senior‑level responsibilities.
• Strong Python expertise with Django or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and ability to write raw SQL queries.
• Experience designing APIs, working with high‑load systems and large databases.
• Good English communication (B1 or higher).
