Senior Program Manager, Demand Generation

About the role

Gavel, now part of Relativity, is looking for a Senior Program Manager to own inbound demand generation and marketing‑led outbound for its two legal‑tech products. You will be the sole marketer on the team, responsible for strategy, execution, and reporting across the full funnel, and will advise the CEO and leadership on investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute demand‑generation strategy for Gavel Workflows and Gavel Exec, driving trials, demos, CAC, ACV and LTV.
• Own paid search and paid social campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and OpenAI.
• Advise leadership on funnel health, channel ROI and investment prioritisation.
• Design and run growth experiments from hypothesis through execution and reporting.
• Manage the Webflow website, SEO/AEO content strategy, and editorial operations for Substack newsletters.
• Own HubSpot as the system of record, building contact management, lifecycle stages, routing logic and lead flow.
• Create onboarding, nurture, sales and marketing email sequences, and partner with sales and CS on pipeline content.
• Maintain and evolve the marketing attribution model, integrating data from BigQuery, Looker, HubSpot, GA4 and Google Sheets.
• Develop and automate AI‑driven workflows across the martech stack.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of demand‑generation or growth‑marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record as a solo or near‑solo marketer responsible for strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid‑media budgets, bids and conversion optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
