Senior Product Expert (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Product Expert will drive growth across six key markets in Central and Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and marketing directors. You will align Google’s ad tech ecosystem with partner business objectives and lead strategic consulting and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic consulting: analyze complex ad datasets and craft full‑funnel narratives that align Google solutions with client KPIs.
• Business planning: develop and execute Joint Business Plans for direct clients and agencies to increase market share and optimise ROAS.
• Portfolio management: own a diverse book of high‑potential accounts, focusing on long‑term growth, retention and satisfaction.
• Relationship building: act as a strategic lead for C‑level executives and Marketing Directors, influencing digital transformation and budget decisions.
• Internal support: partner with internal market teams to drive impact through account audits, strategic consulting and co‑pitching.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of hands‑on Google Ads experience, with at least 3 years owning growth for a product (SaaS, app or e‑commerce).
• Proven track record scaling monthly spend from ~$50K to $500K+ while maintaining or improving CAC/ROAS.
• Fluency in Google Ads API/Scripts, GA4, Google Tag Manager and server‑side conversion tracking.
• Experience with Performance Max, Demand Gen, App Campaigns and Smart Bidding strategy design.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation frameworks (A/B, geo‑lift, incrementality).
