Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our core digital platform across web and mobile. You will own end‑to‑end design decisions, drive initiatives from discovery through delivery, and ensure seamless, user‑centered experiences for our most critical customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute design strategy for web and mobile platforms.
• Create high‑fidelity interactive prototypes and validate them through usability testing.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, design tokens, and scalable UI patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, QA, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Leverage product analytics, user research, and customer insights to inform design decisions.
• Present design rationale and influence product direction in cross‑functional discussions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably on consumer‑facing digital products.
• Proven track record designing complex user journeys for web and mobile.
• Strong UX and product thinking with the ability to translate research findings into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
