Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash

About the role

The Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global billing operations across all revenue streams. This role ensures completeness, accuracy, and scalability of billing processes while maintaining a strong internal‑controls environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end global billing operations, including contract setup, invoice generation, billing adjustments, payment application and reconciliation across all geographies.
• Establish and enforce global billing standards focused on completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
• Design scalable billing processes, policies and controls, and manage the SOX control framework for billing.
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Deal Strategy, IT, Product, Engineering and Go‑to‑Market teams to ensure accurate translation of contracts into accounting systems and operational support for new products.
• Leverage AI, automation and systems such as Zuora and Salesforce to streamline billing, reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Participate in month‑end close, reconciliations, status tracking and audit requests.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing global billing or Order‑to‑Cash operations in a multi‑product environment.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable governance and SOX compliance.
• Proven ability to design and implement process improvements and automation.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and leadership skills.
