About the role

Akumin is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as a strategic bridge between finance and executive leadership. In this role you will translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives that support high‑level decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive‑ready communications, reports, and presentations.
• Prepare management reporting packages that combine financial and operational metrics.
• Develop materials for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Create executive dashboards and scorecards to provide actionable insights.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reporting cycles.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources into concise executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather, validate, and present integrated business metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial communication and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis at a senior level.
• Strong ability to communicate financial information to non‑financial audiences.
• Track record of influencing executive decision‑making through data‑driven insights.
