Senior iOS Developer

About the role

The Bank of Georgia is looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join its mobile team. You will help deliver a best‑in‑class iOS banking experience to customers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Understand project scope, goals, and product functionality.
• Plan, develop, and deliver incremental features alongside teammates.
• Break down features into tasks, manage priorities and deadlines.
• Design and improve system architecture to meet evolving requirements.
• Build reusable UI components for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and integration points.
• Maintain existing software, improve quality, and stay current with technology trends.
• Participate in code reviews and present technical solutions.

Required profile

• Resourceful, creative, and team‑oriented.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Georgian and English.
• Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude and independent initiative.

Required skills

• Proficient in Swift.
• Solid knowledge of iOS architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with native frameworks such as UIKit, Foundation, Core Location, Core Animation.
• Familiarity with third‑party iOS libraries.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and Apple design guidelines.
• Proficient with Git version control.
