Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack AI Engineer to design and develop internal tools, workflow automations, and AI‑powered applications that support our internal offerings and sales enablement. The role combines backend service development, integration work, and delivery of polished user‑facing tools, working closely with data scientists and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal applications, automations, and AI‑driven workflows.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
• Create user‑facing dashboards and tools with React.
• Integrate large language models and external services (OpenAI, Gemini, AWS, GCP) into business processes.
• Partner with data scientists to productionize prototypes and analytical solutions.
• Improve architecture, reliability, testing, observability, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and sales teams to translate pain points into practical solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and establish engineering best practices for code quality, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the overall engineering bar.

Required profile

• Solid commercial experience in software engineering with a focus on production systems.
• Strong backend skills, preferably in Python.
• Experience building modern web applications with React.
• Proven ability to design and consume APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerised deployments.
• Familiarity with LLM‑based application development and related APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
