Senior Flutter Software Engineer

About the role

BOSS Revolution connects people worldwide through international calling, mobile top-up and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you will build and evolve the flagship app, focusing on Product-Led Growth: referral programs, onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics, and the experiments that decide what ships. You will also take on any work the team owns, such as home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Build growth mechanics end-to-end: referral flows, onboarding and activation funnels, promo dialogs, offer surfaces and in-app surveys, from PRD to measured results.
• Run experiments: ship behind feature flags, assign variants via remote config / A/B service and Firebase Remote Config, tag events, monitor guardrail metrics and remove flags after decisions.
• Instrument and validate analytics with Amplitude, GA or similar, keeping the event taxonomy clean and reviewing funnel dashboards with the product manager and data team.
• Integrate server-driven promo content and third-party growth SDKs (AppsFlyer, Braze, AdMob / AppLovin, payment and KYC vendors) mainly through Flutter plugins, sometimes extending them in Kotlin or Swift.
• Ship features beyond growth: home screen, calling flows, transfers and top-ups, subscriptions and payments, country selection, chat and social features, and performance and tech-debt work.
• Own features within feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories and immutable state, migrating legacy Provider/ViewModel code where needed.
• Work in a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, code generation, a shared design system and a 90% diff-coverage gate in CI.
• Keep releases healthy with trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month, Crashlytics monitoring, staged rollouts and kill switches.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, data and BI, marketing and QA, and use AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Claude Code and Copilot.

Required profile

• 5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
• Experiment-driven product development: feature flags, remote config, A/B rollouts and analytics instrumentation, including knowing how experiments ended.
• Deep linking, deferred deep links, App Links / Universal Links and attribution flows.
• Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at platform-channel and SDK integration level.
• Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests, deterministic tests, comfortable under coverage gates.
• Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment and post-release monitoring.
• Product mindset: works from a PRD with success metrics, proposes instrumentation and guardrails, explains trade-offs to non-engineers.
• English at upper-intermediate level or higher.

Required skills

• Flutter and Dart; Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture.
• Feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or in-house).
• Analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar).
• Nice to have: attribution SDKs (AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch), Braze, Iterable, CleverTap, payments and subscriptions, VoIP (SIP, WebRTC), large monorepos, backend / BFF, KYC and fraud vendors.
