Senior Financial Auditor

About the role

Cora Consulting is seeking a Senior Financial Auditor to lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will ensure that financial statements comply with IFRS and local regulations while providing insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute audit missions from planning to reporting.
• Verify compliance with IFRS and Georgian accounting standards.
• Identify and assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to clients.
• Mentor and coach junior auditors, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA or CPA qualification (or in progress) preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS.
• Familiarity with audit standards and procedures.
