Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

The Senior Executive Human Resources will lead all HR functions for Politech-Plus in Tbilisi. This full‑time, on‑site position manages the complete employee lifecycle and ensures HR practices align with company strategy and Georgian labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures that support organisational growth.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and conduct HR‑related training.
• Advise managers on people‑management best practices and support leadership decisions.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, ensure regulatory compliance and drive workplace‑culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong HR management experience with strategic workforce planning and organisational development.
• Expertise in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Proven ability in employee‑relations, conflict resolution, performance conversations and engagement programmes.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance and Georgian labour law; experience creating HR frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
• Senior‑level experience in manufacturing, industrial or technology‑driven environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Fluency in Georgian and Russian, with a good command of English.
