Senior Engineering Manager (Frontend Development)

About the role

TradingView is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its frontend development organization. You will shape the technical direction, ensure high‑quality delivery across multiple teams, and help scale a fast‑growing product used by millions of traders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Team Leads, including succession and workforce planning.
• Own delivery across multiple frontend teams, ensuring alignment and predictable execution.
• Drive a data‑informed engineering culture (metrics, quality, efficiency).
• Maintain high standards of frontend architecture and overall tech health.
• Ensure synergy across core products.
• Build and scale an organization of ~25 engineers via Team Leads.
• Identify and resolve systemic delivery and engineering issues proactively.

Required profile

• 5+ years of frontend experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript in large‑scale systems.
• Deep architectural expertise (build systems, CI/CD, modular architecture).
• Experience with platforms, design systems, or developer tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence technical direction.
