Senior Deal Desk Analyst

About the role

The Senior Deal Desk Analyst in Revenue Operations ensures scalable, compliant, and efficient execution of complex commercial opportunities. Working closely with the global sales organization, you will structure, evaluate and drive deals from quote to contract while safeguarding pricing, licensing and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead review and execution of standard and non‑standard deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs, revenue goals and internal policies.
• Provide senior‑level guidance on pricing, licensing, contracting, quoting, approvals and exception handling to sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with sales, legal, finance, billing and IT to move deals through intake, approval, and operational hand‑off stages.
• Assess deal risk, business impact and compliance requirements, recommending practical paths forward.
• Monitor SLA targets, prioritize urgent requests, remove blockers and keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify process gaps and recurring issues using data and ticket trends, and propose improvements.
• Support new workflow implementations through discovery, testing, documentation and training.
• Maintain Deal Desk SOPs, approval guides and licensing reference materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical judgment, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
