About the role

Bank of Georgia is looking for a Personal Banker dedicated to medium‑size business clients in Batumi. The role focuses on growing product sales, acquiring new prospects and managing the credit portfolio of business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the increase of product sales and identify prospective, high‑potential clients.
• Provide information and consultancy on banking products to potential and existing customers.
• Maintain continuous communication with current clients and propose new products.
• Manage business loans, including all technical and organisational aspects of processing and issuing.
• Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, including overdue loans.
• Handle organisational tasks such as record‑keeping, reporting, preparing sales notes and updating databases.
• Continuously monitor portfolio status and contribute to its growth.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or Business Administration.
• At least one year of experience in a business banking position.
• Basic knowledge of main financial institutions and ability to analyse financial ratios.
• Professional proficiency with office computer programs.
• Analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
