About the role

The Operational Risk Partner will join TBC Bank’s risk team to support Agile product and process teams in identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risks. You will work closely with cross‑functional groups to ensure that new digital products and services meet the bank’s risk standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to evaluate operational risk for new products and processes.
• Identify, quantify and analyse product and process risks.
• Develop and recommend risk‑mitigation methods and action plans.
• Assist Agile teams with annual RCSA (Risk and Control Self‑Assessment) processes.
• Provide recommendations for high‑risk action plans and monitor their implementation.
• Conduct outsourcing risk analysis and assessment.
• Assess operational risk of individual incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and create remediation plans.
• Support strategic projects within the operational risk function.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Background in operational risk, audit, analysis or process management.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
