Sales Support Specialist

About the role

The Sales Support Specialist will act as the primary liaison between our customers and the GME Supply platform, ensuring seamless ordering of safety equipment and effective management of safety programs. You will help drive customer satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and manage daily customer communications.
• Improve service quality and identify opportunities for customer expansion.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the client experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues creatively and resourcefully.
• Become an expert on GME Supply’s product portfolio to provide informed assistance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Provide actionable feedback to Senior Account Managers for continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as needed to uphold service excellence.
