Sales Operations Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Operations Manager to work remotely and support our growing sales department. You will coordinate sales activities, maintain client communication, and ensure smooth processes across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain corporate clients, selecting databases for outbound calling.
• Organise and supervise client acquisition campaigns, monitor reporting and quality of calls, meetings and documentation.
• Check accuracy of commercial proposals, cost estimates, and oversee contract signing and document return.
• Manage mailings, promotions, special offers and maintain the client database and folders.
• Track deadlines, site‑inspection quality, and document returns.
• Train, coach and assess performance of sales department employees.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Higher education with at least 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience and strong customer communication skills.
• Organisational ability, proactivity and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient PC user.
• Advanced Excel.
• Google Sheets.
