Sales Manager – Caucasus Region (Georgia)

About the role

Supermicro is seeking a highly‑experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of its server and AI solutions to large enterprise customers. The role will own the Caucasus region, managing end‑to‑end sales processes for complex, multi‑portfolio deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the sales strategy and pipeline for Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan across cloud operators, telecoms, government, AI projects, enterprises, HPC/universities and integrators.
• Sell AI and rack‑scale solutions, positioning GPU/AI systems (HGX, GB/NVL, MGX), turnkey rack‑scale and data‑center solutions, liquid cooling, AI storage, and Intel Xeon and AMD EPYC platforms.
• Lead consultative, multi‑stakeholder deals, qualify AI/GPU opportunities, manage commercial and technical engagement, and oversee complex tenders, RFPs and BAFO processes.
• Develop and grow the channel by expanding existing partners and recruiting new integrators.
• Establish trusted relationships with C‑level and technical decision‑makers, structure commercial cases including financing and services, and achieve quota.
• Drive market demand through events, workshops and account planning while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT infrastructure, data‑center, or server/storage/networking solutions with consistent quota attainment.
• Strong commercial acumen, pipeline management, negotiation and deal‑structuring skills, and experience selling through distribution and integrator channels.
• Technical knowledge of GPU compute, AI training vs inference, rack‑scale architecture, liquid cooling, storage and data‑center fundamentals.
• Based in Georgia with knowledge of the Caucasus market and existing relationships across telecoms, government and enterprise.
• Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian; Armenian or Azerbaijani is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑starter mindset with willingness to travel across the region.
