Sales Executive – Advertising Partnerships

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Sales Executive to drive its advertising partnerships in Georgia. You will grow relationships with strategic brands and agencies, helping them achieve revenue growth through Glovo’s retail media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive retail media ad sales revenue by partnering with agencies, FMCG brands, telecoms and other digital media buyers.
• Develop and execute media monetisation strategies for Glovo’s advertising products.
• Identify, secure and manage new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Serve as the primary contact for agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and educating them on formats, audience insights and performance metrics.
• Track, analyse and optimise campaign performance, providing data‑driven insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand media offerings and ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Support negotiations, contract management and KPI reporting for brand portfolios.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising or business development.
• Background in ad tech or digital media, preferably with agency experience.
• Familiarity with CPM, CPC, CPA and ROAS advertising models.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse performance metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken Georgian and English.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong communication, project management and analytical problem‑solving skills.
