Sales Executive – Advertising Partnerships (Georgia)

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Sales Executive to grow its advertising partnerships in Georgia. You will be responsible for driving retail media ad revenue by working closely with agencies, FMCG brands and other strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media monetisation strategies for Glovo’s advertising solutions.
• Identify, secure and manage new business opportunities with agencies, FMCG companies, telecoms and other digital media buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and brand advertisers, acting as the main point of contact.
• Educate partners on Glovo’s ad formats, audience insights and performance metrics.
• Track, analyse and optimise campaign performance to improve ROI.
• Provide data‑driven insights and regular reporting to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand media offerings and ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Support negotiations, contract management and KPI reporting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising or business development.
• Background in ad‑tech or digital media, preferably with agency experience.
• Familiarity with CPM, CPC, CPA and ROAS advertising models.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth start‑up environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken Georgian and English.
• Highly organised with solid project‑management and communication skills.
