About the role
The Finance Department of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University is recruiting a Main Specialist (Category I) for its Planning‑and‑Finance Division. The appointment will be made through a competitive tender process, with documents accepted between 7 September 2026 and 11 September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and financial operations of the department in accordance with university regulations.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports required for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of budgeting and forecasting procedures.
Required profile
- Compliance with the criteria set out in Order N247/02‑01 dated 1 September 2026.
- Relevant academic background in finance, economics or a related field.
Required skills
- Knowledge of public‑sector financial regulations.
