About the role

This full‑time night shift position is for a Registered Nurse in a medical‑surgical unit. The RN provides high‑quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team, acting as a primary liaison between patients, families, and providers while emphasizing advocacy, safety, and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions; assist in care planning and prioritize patient flow.
• Deliver safe, effective care while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Respond to patient and family concerns, providing education and support.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and industry engagement.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license and BLS certification; additional certifications may be required.
• 1‑2 years of medical‑surgical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
