About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assisting with care plans and prioritizing patient flow.
• Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and document all assessments and interventions accurately.
• Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas for enhancing patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development and leadership growth.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting the nursing profession.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and shared governance principles.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
