About the role

This position involves providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The Registered Nurse acts as a key liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and staff, ensuring patient‑centered care and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, and deliver safe, effective care while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Address patient concerns, educate families, and promote family‑centered care to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives aimed at better outcomes and organizational performance.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, stay updated on best practices, and engage in ongoing training and leadership growth.
• Mentor colleagues, foster a positive work environment, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and participate in shared governance.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN licensure (multi‑state or single‑state).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
