About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high‑quality, safe, patient‑centered care in an acute‑care orthopedic surgical setting, working night shifts as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

Deliver relationship‑based, culturally sensitive patient care using critical thinking and clinical standards.
Coordinate and document safe care, promote teamwork, and support performance‑improvement initiatives.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster workforce development and professional growth.
Participate in evidence‑based practice, research, and quality‑improvement activities.
Assist in developing protocols, optimizing resource use, and supporting a respectful, inclusive environment.

Required profile

Minimum two years of direct patient‑care nursing experience.
Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact) and BLS certification.
Associate or diploma nursing degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, time‑management, and critical‑thinking abilities.
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and utilize technology effectively.
