Retention Email Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast-growing Shopify retention agency looking for a Remote Retention Email Manager. You will write email copy and manage projects for multiple client pods while owning the day-to-day retention strategy for a few accounts of your own.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit email copy for 5-6 pod accounts under the guidance of a Senior Retention Manager.
• Coordinate project tasks: track status, chase approvals, and schedule email sequences.
• Develop and execute the retention roadmap for 1-2 dedicated accounts.
• Lead client calls and business reviews, analyse data and turn insights into actionable next steps.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships end-to-end without senior oversight.
• Strong copywriting skills that capture brand voice with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable interpreting data and translating findings into strategy.
• Background in agency work or with 8-figure+ DTC brands.
