Remote Account Manager – No Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a remote Account Manager to join our international cleaning services team. This full‑time position is open to candidates with no prior sales experience who are fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2 level). You will work from home, handling client outreach, proposal follow‑up and coordination of service terms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the database of potential and existing clients.
• Follow sales scripts, record activities and generate reports.
• Schedule and conduct cold‑call meetings with prospects.
• Transfer meeting requests to the inspection manager.
• Follow up on commercial proposals, justify pricing, address objections and initiate contract documentation.
• Coordinate service terms and communicate promotions or special offers to clients.

Required profile

• No prior work experience required.
• Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2).
• Proficient computer user with strong organizational and proactive attitude.
