Relationship Manager & Branch Manager – Banking

About the role

ProCredit Bank Georgia is seeking a versatile professional to combine relationship management, private client advisory, corporate sales and branch management responsibilities. Based on‑site in Tbilisi, you will serve both MSME and retail clients, delivering tailored banking solutions while ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of MSME and retail clients.
• Conduct financial and credit analyses and prepare client proposals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day account management and branch operations.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales across corporate and private client segments.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Guide branch staff performance, coordinate workflows and uphold service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management, private client advisory or account management.
• Demonstrated corporate and MSME sales capabilities, including negotiation and deal closure.
• Background in branch or operations management with team coordination experience.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities, including credit analysis and risk assessment.
• University degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Fluent in Georgian and English; additional languages are a plus.
