About the role
We are seeking a motivated attorney to join our thriving transactional and commercial real‑estate practice. The role offers sophisticated, hands‑on experience across a variety of real‑estate matters and extensive client interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate purchase, sale and lease agreements.
- Handle financing, development and joint‑venture arrangements.
- Draft and review corporate real‑estate documentation.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Perform other corporate and real‑estate matters for clients.
Required profile
- Two or more years of transactional and commercial real‑estate experience.
- Excellent writing, analytical and organizational skills.
- Bright, hardworking, good judgment and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant client contact and deliver results.
- Academic distinction with a strong academic record.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range of $205,000‑$295,000 per year.
- Ability to work in any of the firm’s office locations.
