Project Finance Manager

About the role

PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization, is seeking a Project Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and contract management for clinical projects. The role is based onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia and involves close collaboration with sponsors and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare study budgets for bids and change orders.
• Manage the study budget throughout the project lifecycle, including maintaining finance data in internal systems, preparing accrual reports, and processing invoices.
• Draft sponsor agreements, change orders, and payment schedules.
• Set up and maintain project‑specific timesheets and reconcile actual costs against budgets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis within a CRO environment.
• Fluent English (CEFR C1) and strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and train colleagues.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Financial analysis and reporting.
