Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are scaling our Salmon product line and need a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition across multiple channels. You will own the end‑to‑end growth loop, from creative concept to campaign optimization, ensuring rapid, data‑driven scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition campaigns for Salmon products on Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate concepts, maintain a creative backlog and produce high‑performing assets.
• Define and own the full paid growth funnel – select channels, creatives and audiences, and be accountable for results.
• Work closely with product, web/SEO and analytics teams to launch and iterate campaigns across streams.
• Maintain a structured experiment tracking system to capture learnings and scale successful tactics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, preferably in fintech, banking or digital consumer services.
• Proven track record running and optimizing campaigns on Meta as the primary channel, plus experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads or similar.
• Experience promoting mobile apps, including web‑to‑app (W2A) acquisition.
• Ability to design continuous test loops: formulate hypotheses, ship variants, analyse data and draw conclusions.
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and analytics tools.
• English proficiency (B2) and familiarity with the Philippine market is a plus.
