About the role

ELVTR is looking for energetic outbound sales representatives who thrive on cold‑calling and turning ambitious professionals into students. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high‑ticket enrollments, and help power the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run high‑volume incoming leads and confidently ask for the sale under pressure.
• Match prospects with the ELVTR program that best fits their career goals.
• Handle objections and close high‑ticket enrollments.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, keeping the CRM accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Hit and beat activity and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success to ensure a great student experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record in outbound B2C sales.
• Thrives on high activity and treats rejection as part of the game.
• Can spark interest within the first 30 seconds of a call.
• Communicates clearly and confidently in English, both spoken and written.
• Skilled at objection handling and moving prospects toward a decision.
• Comfortable using CRMs and sales‑engagement tools.
• Disciplined and organized when managing a large pipeline.
• Owns numbers and constantly seeks ways to improve performance.
• Believes education can change lives.
