Online Support for Social/Interactive Games (French)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking online support specialist to assist players of social and interactive games. You will handle player inquiries through email, chat, social media and our community platform, providing friendly and accurate assistance while working flexible shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to player questions and issues via email, live chat, social media and the community platform.
• Maintain high quality standards and follow established support procedures.
• Work 24/7 shift schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Document interactions and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.

Required profile

• Fluent French (minimum B2 level).
• Experience with social or interactive gaming environments.
• Strong typing speed and solid computer literacy.
• Organised, analytical and capable of making decisions.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• French language proficiency (B2).
• Experience in social/interactive games.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Comfort using the internet, email and web‑based applications.
• Fast and accurate typing.
