Omni-Channel Communications Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Omni-Channel Communications Officer to design and execute integrated communication strategies across a wide range of digital and offline channels. You will ensure a seamless, consistent experience for our customers while leveraging data and analytics to boost engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement omni‑channel communication plans that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate messaging across display, programmatic, direct, social, web, email, mobile and search touchpoints.
• Manage audience segmentation and deliver targeted marketing messages to specific customer groups.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise using analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve campaigns.
• Report on communication effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent, integrated messaging across all initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience managing omni‑channel communication strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven, customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent planning, organization and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
