Office Manager

About the role

Fieldmark Real Estate Advisory is expanding its Tbilisi office and seeks an Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. You will support a multicultural team that connects premium property buyers and sellers across Armenia, the UAE, Thailand, and Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain office procedures, supplies and facilities.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings and travel arrangements for staff.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing and document management.
• Assist with onboarding, HR paperwork and internal communications.
• Monitor and report on office expenses and budget adherence.

Required profile

• Highly organised, responsible and proactive.
• Comfortable multitasking in a structured environment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of managing several processes simultaneously.
• Interest in growing within an international‑focused real‑estate team.

Required skills

• Fluency in English, Georgian and Russian.
