Office-Based PPC Specialist (Bing Ads & Google Ads)

About the role

24 Hours Group is looking for a highly skilled PPC Specialist in Tbilisi who can create, optimize and scale paid campaigns that drive lead generation for its towing and roadside assistance operations. The role is full time (8 hours per day), office-based, and requires working during PST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage PPC campaigns across Bing Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to find new growth opportunities.
• Write, test and refine ad copy to maximise CTR and conversion rates.
• Optimise campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, ROAS and lead quality.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs and analytics integrations.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Monitor performance and deliver weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends and improvements.
• Work with management and operations teams to align lead flow with service capacity.
• Stay up to date with Google and Microsoft Ads updates and emerging PPC strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on PPC experience; proven success in lead generation campaigns, preferably in service-based industries.
• Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimisation and conversion tracking.
• Experience with landing page optimisation and data analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Available to work in the office in Tbilisi during PST business hours.
