About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a new critical‑care team in a state‑of‑the‑art hospital. The position focuses on managing critically ill patients during night shifts in a high‑acuity ICU, working alongside experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers.

Key responsibilities

Manage critically ill patients in a high‑acuity ICU environment.
Collaborate with intensivists and advanced practice providers.
Participate in program development and quality initiatives.
Engage with multidisciplinary care teams.

Required profile

Valid nursing or physician‑assistant license.
Relevant certification (e.g., ACNP, PA).
Strong commitment to patient care.
Willingness to work night shifts (six 13‑hour shifts per two‑week period).

Required skills

Experience with Epic EMR platform.
Prior advanced practice provider experience (highly valued).
