About the role

The Bank of Georgia is looking for a Cashier Operator to join its retail branch network in Marneuli. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate and friendly banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, prompt service to customers according to their needs.
• Execute a range of transactions such as currency exchange, cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and money‑remittance operations.
• Offer tailored banking product advice, promote suitable solutions and ensure the sales process is completed.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in economics or banking.
• Experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
• Proficiency in Georgian; knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani is a plus.
• Strong communication, logical thinking, attention to detail and good memory.

Required skills

• Proficient use of standard office computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
