Leading Risk Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Leading Risk Analyst to join PASHA Bank Georgia’s risk team. The role will drive the development of the ICAAP, stress‑testing framework and risk‑appetite monitoring, supporting senior management and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and enhancement of the Bank’s Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) in line with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute stress‑testing scenarios, assessing impacts on capital and liquidity.
• Build, validate and improve quantitative models for capital planning, credit, market, liquidity and interest‑rate risk.
• Maintain and monitor the Risk Appetite Framework, ensuring effective oversight of risk indicators and limits.
• Design analytical tools, reporting frameworks and automated risk‑analytics solutions.
• Prepare risk reports and analytical material for senior management, board committees and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with National Bank of Georgia regulations related to ICAAP, stress testing and model governance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the enterprise risk‑management framework and risk culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in banking risk management.
• Fluent in Georgian and English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail, responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
