Lawyer – Asset Management

About the role

The Lawyer will support TBC Asset Management in developing, registering and managing new investment products and funds, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for business activities, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, memoranda and other legal documents.
• Analyze legal matters related to investment funds, asset management and financial products.
• Participate in the establishment and registration of new funds and investment products.
• Prepare and review syndication agreements, investment‑related agreements and related annexes.
• Maintain and update legal registers and corporate documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and assist in litigation or dispute management when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s preferred).
• 2–3 years of legal support or corporate law experience in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of Georgian corporate, civil, financial and securities market legislation.
• Ability to conduct legal research and prepare opinions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong contract drafting and legal analysis abilities.
