Junior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Tbilisi. This role offers a great opportunity to grow professionally in marketing, work with a strong brand, and gain hands‑on experience across various marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Assist with social media management and content creation.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Prepare promotional materials and marketing content.
• Help organize company events, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Assist with digital marketing activities and track campaign performance.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments on marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or final‑year university student.
• Previous marketing experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Georgian.
