Junior Financial Analyst

About the role

Rustavi Steel LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop core financial analysis skills while supporting the company’s large‑scale manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process and analyse financial and operational data from various business units.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic financial and management reports.
• Compare budgeted versus actual results and highlight variances.
• Analyse revenues, expenses and other key financial indicators.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, registers and analytical models.
• Prepare presentations and concise analytical conclusions on financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Gather information from different departments and perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial analysis, accounting and economic principles.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
