About the role

TBC Bank is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand‑focused campaigns. You will work closely with product teams and marketing specialists to ensure brand consistency across new products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the planning of marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
• Write and implement multi‑channel communication plans.
• Organise and execute photo‑ and video‑shoots.
• Collaborate with product teams to align new offerings with brand guidelines.
• Carry out technical marketing tasks and monitor the marketing budget.

Required profile

• Experience in branding and communications.
• Creative, innovative and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to manage medium‑size projects and campaigns.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and empathetic.
• Comfortable using AI tools and modern digital technologies.
