IT Support Engineer

About the role

TAV Technologies is looking for a motivated, customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join its IT team in Tbilisi. The role provides day-to-day technical support to employees, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, supports domain-joined computers and devices, and helps users with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory services. It is primarily user support and troubleshooting; complex administration and infrastructure issues are escalated to the appropriate teams.

Key responsibilities

• First- and second-level support for daily technical issues
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, domain-joined computers, user accounts, Microsoft 365, printers/scanners, network connectivity, software installation and audio/video equipment
• Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Active Directory (password resets, account access)
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, install and maintain user equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements
• Diagnose basic network issues (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP) and provide remote support
• Keep incident and request records, follow security policies and change-management processes, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3, network, systems or security teams

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an IT Support / Service Desk / IT Engineer role
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and practical experience with domain-joined computers
• Good understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Good troubleshooting skills, systematic problem diagnosis and good written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize incidents by business impact and work independently within a team
